Loosely grouped plant classification cards: three-period lesson

How is a three-period lesson done using the loosely grouped plant classified cards?

This directress chooses three unlabelled loosely grouped plant classification cards, to teach the child the names of each one in a three-period lesson.

First period: the directress says the name of each plant, and asks the child to repeat the name after her, isolating each picture by placing it aside.

Second period: the directress places all three pictures on the mat in front of the child, asking him if he can show her different plants. She spends a lot of time in this period.

Third period: the directress asks the child if he can tell her the name of each plant when placing them in front of him, one at a time. She ensures to isolate each picture by placing it aside.

If the child has grasped the concept, then the directress consolidates the lesson by going over what was learnt

What other three-period lessons can be done in the Cultural area?
