How do children use a dropper in Montessori?

Children use a dropper to suck up water from a bottle and then squeeze the water from the dropper into a bowl. Children keep using the dropper until the bottle is empty. Once the bottle is empty, the child uses the dropper to transfer the water from the bowl bit by bit back into the bottle.
